Dr. Orsolya Varkonyi is President of the American Counseling Association of New York and an assistant professor of clinical mental health counseling at Molloy University. She has over two decades of clinical and leadership experience working with college student populations. She earned her graduate degree in counseling psychology from Columbia University and later completed an additional Ph.D. in counselor education and supervision. Dr. Sue Haddad is an associate professor of mental health counseling at the University of the Cumberlands and Administrator Emeritus from Montgomery College, where she worked extensively with diverse community college students. Her career has focused on supporting underserved populations, advocating for students with disabilities, and expanding access to mental health services in higher education. She brings both administrative leadership and direct clinical experience to her work. She holds a Ph.D. in counselor education and supervision.
