Dr. Hind Hammouch holds a Ph.D. in Economics and Management from the Faculty of Legal, Economic, and Social Sciences (FSJES) at Sidi Mohamed Ben Abdellah University in Fez, Morocco. She is a Professor at the Institute for Training in Offshoring Professions in ICT and Audiovisual Sectors (IFMOTICA) in Fez and a lecturer at FSJES Fez, teaching undergraduate and graduate courses. Her research focuses on corporate social responsibility (CSR), Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), management control systems, organizational and financial performance, and the integration of artificial intelligence in sustainable development. Dr. Hammouch has authored numerous peer-reviewed articles in Scopus-indexed journals and book chapters with IGI Global and other international publishers. She also serves on editorial boards and peer-reviews for reputable journals and conferences. Her multidisciplinary approach bridges theory and practice in management, sustainability, and digital innovation. Dr. Rohit Bansal is working as Associate Professor in Department of Management Studies in Vaish College of Engineering, Rohtak. He is a perseverant, passionate academician cum seasoned professional. He obtained Ph.D. in Management from Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak. With a rich experience of 16 years, he has achieved growth through robust and proactive academic initiatives.
