Ron Patton (aka Ropatt) is a Michigan-born pop, jazz, and R&B artist who emerged with 2003's ""Biggie Was Here."" After college, songwriting led to work with Holland-Dozier-Holland, and he co-founded Baywest Records in Northern California, where his production was featured on Oxygen and Animal Planet. He's authored two books: ""Fables & Proverbs: Songwriting's Secret Weapon"" and ""Alternate Reels: Recasting Iconic Movie Roles.""
