ABOUT THE AUTHORS

Philip Hyland has been ploughing the employment law field since 1992. He has conducted almost every type of case at Tribunal and some at the CAC. He is particularly interested in discrimination cases and redundancy cases. He has conducted over two hundred and fifty Tribunal hearings.

Renee Pillay is training to be a Solicitor and has a strong interest in workplace behaviour and human rights.
