I have been passionate about health and fitness throughout my life, beginning as a dedicated runner at twelve and later serving in the U.S. Army, where I consistently achieved top physical training scores. After earning a degree in exercise science, I returned to the military to work at an environmental physiology and medicine research facility. Despite my lifelong commitment, I faced personal health challenges, including erectile dysfunction and low testosterone. These experiences revealed systemic issues in men's healthcare and inspired my mission to help men navigate these challenges and achieve lasting health.
