Dr Ashley Bowes is a barrister specialising in planning law at Cornerstone Barristers and is the General Editor of the Journal of Planning & Environmental Law. Ashley has experience of acting for developers and planning authorities at public inquiries, and has acted for both claimants and defendants at all stages of planning litigation, including to the Supreme Court.
