Nicoletta Costa was born in Trieste, Italy. She graduated in Architecture in Venice in 1978 and began working as an author of children's books a few years later. She has been called one of the greatest interpreters of the ""planet childhood"" because she has been able to preserve childhood within herself and see the world through the eyes of a child. A world that since 1980 she has continued to tell in words and pictures in hundreds of stories: more than 600 books, which let us discover how children think, how they act and how they behave.
