Jenn Tarbell is an entrepreneur with a passion for building strategic relationships, partnerships, and structures for the purpose of transformation, having spent the last 3 years working on various technology startups. Prior to that, Jenn focused her efforts on nonprofit work having built a successful consulting practice partnering with a number of nonprofit leaders to aid in their fundraising strategies. She is deeply passionate about international development and job creation for the oppressed, a passion that was cultivated early on in her career when she spent nearly 6 years at HOPE International, assisting in building the development department and team and raising over $6M for the organization in that time. She has been a featured speaker at various universities and has been hosted on both The Hugh Hewitt Show and KWAVE radio shows. Jenn remains involved with HOPE by serving on the California regional board and serves on the national board for Esperanza International. She is a USC graduate and lives with her husband, Kevin, in Orange County, California. Lance Wood is a businessman and a numbers guy. He graduated from Cal and has a master’s degree from USC. He is a CPA and has spent 38 years in public accounting, most recently as a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP (PwC). He has taught classes, published articles, and been the keynote speaker and/or Emcee at various business and charity events. In 2008, Lance discovered the magic of microfinance. He is on the national board and is also chairman of the California regional board, of HOPE International, a Christ-centered microfinance organization. He has concluded that Christ-centered microfinance is THE most effective and efficient way to help kids. Lance lives in Orange County, CA with Jeanie, his wife of 33 years. Lance and Jeanie have five kids, two of whom were adopted from Ethiopia. Celina Kim is based in Los Angeles, California and holds a B.A. in International Development Studies from UCLA and M.S. in Sustainability Management from Columbia University. She has 5 years of experience working with a Christ-centered microfinance organization and is passionate about sustainable global development. In recent years, she has been working on a sustainability focused startup that promotes socially and environmentally responsible growth in business.
