Reviews for The Teacher's Guide to Restorative Yoga: 30+ Therapeutic Pose and Sequence Combinations to Calm the Nervous System, Access Deep Rest, and Achieve Hormonal Balance

""The Teacher's Guide to Restorative Yoga is not only a visually beautiful book, it is also a persuasive and important contribution to the field of Restorative Yoga. With figures and clear text, Audrey Favreau shows us both the inner and outer beauty of the practice of deep and conscious resting. There could not be a better time to incorporate the poses this book offers into your yoga practice and life."" —JUDITH HANSON LASATER, PhD, PT, yoga teacher since 1971, and author of ten books, including Yoga Myths ""In a world increasingly governed by the doṣa Vāta, everyone longs for peace of mind and a grounded connection to the earth. 'Stop and observe,' taught Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh. Audrey Favreau's book, The Teacher's Guide to Restorative Yoga, offers us a powerful invitation to embody mindfulness through stillness and presence. Her book is an offering of compassion in action—rich in insight and rooted in lived experience."" —FRANÇOIS RAOULT, MA, E-RYT500, C-IAYT, author of My Lifāsana
