""The Teacher's Guide to Restorative Yoga is not only a visually beautiful book, it is also a persuasive and important contribution to the field of Restorative Yoga. With figures and clear text, Audrey Favreau shows us both the inner and outer beauty of the practice of deep and conscious resting. There could not be a better time to incorporate the poses this book offers into your yoga practice and life."" —JUDITH HANSON LASATER, PhD, PT, yoga teacher since 1971, and author of ten books, including Yoga Myths ""In a world increasingly governed by the doṣa Vāta, everyone longs for peace of mind and a grounded connection to the earth.
