""Saint Delilah is a dark, glittering tribute to every female character who starts the story already dead. It is gripping and gruesome and atmospheric as hell, with a big, bloody heart at its core. I couldn't put this one down."" —Ainslie Hogarth, author of Motherthing ""Here is a story that carries you along on the poetry of its language. There's a sense that you're hearing a forbidden story from your grandmother, waiting in hushed silence for the details you've long suspected were true. There were sentences I was jealous I hadn't written myself."" —Leslie J. Anderson, author of The Unmothers
