[…] Japanophiles—especially those planning a trip—will be thrilled."" —Publishers Weekly ""This cookbook is EVERYTHING. It brings me straight back to the sweltering heat of Dotonbori Street in June, hiding in a hot shop, eating takoyaki as the old woman makes more outside. I watched the bonito wave in the steam, dancing like it was alive…This book transported me back there. And I am SO appreciative. Now I can try okonomiyaki!"" —Kelly Russell, Second Flight Books
