Sink your teeth into Werewolf? There Wolf!, a gorgeously illustrated and rhythmic picture book revitalization of the Little Red Riding Hood fairy tale. Packed with wolves, weirdness and witty word play, Werewolf? There Wolf! features a modern and irreverent twist that gives Red more agency than ever before.

Distracted by her smart phone, Red wanders into a forest filled with wolves of all types, shapes and sizes. When she's confronted by the biggest and baddest wolf of them all, Red has to keep her wits and remember her inherent power, if she's going to make it to grandma's house alive.

Reviews for Werewolf? There Wolf!

[F]antastically hilarious. -School Library Journal Sullivan's clever concept effectively flips the script on the classic tale. The memorable twist is up to par with the one in Mo Willems' That Is Not a Good Idea...[Meg Hunt's] illustrations are filled with whimsical background details. The staging and facial expressions give the proceedings an animated-movie feel. -Kirkus Reviews We're howling with love for this stunning book. A fresh twist on a beloved fable...It gets wilder and weirder as the story goes on. With its tongue-twisting-tall-tale-ness, it's a MUST read-aloud book. -Illustoria Magazine Author Kyle Sullivan takes Little Red Riding Hood through her paces in rhyming verses, with a nice boost from Meg Hunt's bold illustrations, until...plot twist! -The Oregonian
