Anne de Lisle lives with her husband, Ian Russell, and two dogs, Topsy and Lottie, in Baddow House, Maryborough - known locally as 'the Ghost House'. She has written four internationally successful historical romances and her first non-fiction book, A Grand Passion, an entertaining memoir about restoring her house, was published in April 2007.
