Lorna Lovell Stallman lives in Des Moines, Iowa, USA, but grew up on a farm, which was a lot of hard work but also a lot of fun. She likes to include animals in her stories and lives with two of her favourite animals, English setter Phoebe and ragdoll cat Indigo. Katrijn Jacobs is a Belgian illustrator who loves to draw. For her, drawing is the way to bring colour into the world. She gets her inspiration from her surroundings, people, emotions, animals, and plants. She transforms these things into playful, cheerful illustrations with a high sensitivity factor. She also works on art projects, murals, and personalised illustrations. Katrijn has already illustrated picture books for several publishing houses.
