Helen Trinca is editor of AFR BOSS, the leadership and management magazine published by The Australian Financial Review. She has worked in senior reporting and editing roles in Australian journalism, including a stint as The Australian's London correspondent. As workplace writer for The Sydney Morning Herald she co- authored (with Anne Davies) the definitive history of one of the nation's biggest industrial disputes, the 1998 docks battle. The book, WATERFRONT: THE BATTLE THAT CHANGED AUSTRALIA, was published in 2000 by Random House. Catherine Fox is deputy editor of AFRBOSS magazine and writes a weekly column, 'Workspace', for the Australian Financial Review. She joined the AFR in 1989 and has held a variety of positions, including marketing and Smart Money editor, 'Corporate Woman' columnist and as court reporter (winning the NSW Law Society's journalism award). Before joining the AFR she worked in financial marketing and consulting in Sydney and London. She has worked for a range of large and small organisations, including two of Australia's largest banks, a university and an advertising agency. Catherine is married and has three children.
