Reviews for The Mindfulness Workbook for ADHD

This a clearly written book that will be exceptionally useful for anyone who wishes to learn and practice mindfulness. The worksheets and checklists are excellent and of great practical value. The approach to use mindful practice as part of a coping strategy for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder will be of benefit to both those who struggle with the disorder and professionals who wish to use the content to guide their patients. --Philip R Muskin, MD, MA, professor of psychiatry at Columbia University Irving Medical Center
