""Holly Forman-Patel tackles a largely misunderstood and heavily resisted emotion experienced during an already tough time, the teen years. This workbook helps the reader not only better understand their anger by examining it from all angles, but to learn from and even....(gasp)...embrace it! The exercises put you in the driver seat to gaining a greater level of mastery over the not-so-awful-after-all emotion, anger."" --Dr. Lauren Szyper, clinical psychologist ""With her empathetic and non-judgmental approach, Mrs. Forman-Patel has orchestrated a comprehensive activities guide enabling teens to explore and embrace their anger. This book provides creative strategies and self-realization skills that will benefit young readers well beyond their teen years."" --Wenhsin Shen, MD, FAAP
