"""Real Engineering Experiments is incredibly easy to read and has a great choice of experiments for the age group. The layout is also a plus for locating your interests quickly. Generally speaking, we need more kids interested in science. In my opinion, 'nerds' is a complimentary word since 'nerds' rule the world (e.g., Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos)"" --Karl Lee ""As dictated by the times, parents are taking more responsibility for keeping their kids interested in education, especially STEAM-related, hands-on, minds-on type of activities. Real Engineering Experiments communicates the 'how to' and the 'why' of each activity while keeping the fun of exploration and problem solving. This book is easily usable at home or in school for all ages."" --Michael DeWees, NBCT, master teacher, Project Lead the Way ""Who knew things around the house could be so much fun? Parents will delight in their kids' joy of discovery through the many engaging activities that Mr. Tegtmeyer curated in this book. It is logically organized into several engineering disciplines, so kids are sure to find activities that satisfy their curiosities."" --Peter Ross, NVHS technology engineering teacher"
