Reviews for Bread Baking for Teens

Bread Baking for Teens is a fantastic first cookbook for any young person interested in learning to bake. It is full of straightforward, easy-to-follow recipes for everything from quick and no-knead breads to instructions for making your own sourdough starter and then creating loaves from that. There is so much good stuff in here, I can't possibly pick a favorite, but One-Bowl Focaccia and Chocolate Chip Brioche Loaf are definitely going into the regular rotation. My teenager and I are both enjoying cooking and eating these great recipes. --Robin Donovan, author of The Baking Cookbook for Teens and founder of the food blog AllWaysDelicious.com
