Marty Baumann is an experienced commercial illustrator and product designer. As a Disney/Pixar veteran he has contributed to the visual development of such films as Toy Story 3, Big Hero 6, the Disney/Pixar Cars and Planes franchises, Zootopia, the recent reboot of Mystery Science Theater 3000 and the creation of the Disneyland attraction, Carsland. Commercial work includes illustrating several children's books and creating corporate branding and advertising campaigns. He is the creator of The Astounding B monster, the website and accompanying book devoted to B-movie history, as well as the all-ages adventure comic strip, The Crater Kid. He lives in Virginia with his wife, Pat, and their dog, Summer. He encourages everyone to adopt at least one dog.
