I needed diet plans and recipes that I could live with and would not taste like cardboard. This book might just save my life. I am on insulin and my sugars were sky high when I bought this book. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to eat good food anymore, but the recipes in this book are very satisfying and full of flavor, and fairly simple to make.
