Dr. Nina Smiley is Director of Mindfulness Programming at Mohonk Mountain House, an historic Victorian castle resort in the Hudson Valley, where she has developed numerous opportunities for guests to learn and enjoy mindfulness. She is co-author of The Three Minute Meditator and the CD Mini-Meditations That Will Enhance Your Life. She earned her undergraduate degree at Vassar College and a doctoral degree in psychology from Princeton University. Nina taught psychology at the University of Maryland and directed public relations at the American Psychological Association. Nina's work has been featured in The Oprah Magazine, Shape, Self, Martha Stewart Living, Huffington Post, In Style and Family Circle. David Harp leads mindfulness workshops at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health and the New York Open Center and has given presentations to numerous businesses and groups. David has a Master's degree in cognitive psychology and has written more than two dozen books on the subjects of music, health, and mindfulness including The Three Minute Meditator.
