Parviz F. Rad, PhD, PE, CCE, PMP, is an independent project management consultant with over 35 years of professional experience. He has participated in the development and enhancement of quantitative tools in project management in a multitude of disciplines, including software development, construction, and pharmaceutical research. He has authored and coauthored more than 60 publications in the areas of engineering and project management. Dr. Rad holds an MSc from Ohio State University and a PhD from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Ginger Levin, DPA, is a senior consultant in project management with more than 30 years of experience. She is also an adjunct professor for the University of Wisconsin-Platteville in its Master of Science in Project Management program and serves as the university's program specialist in project management. Dr. Levin received her doctorate in public administration and information systems technology from The George Washington University (GWU), an MSA from GWU, and a BBA from Wake Forest University.
