Saurus Street is just like any other street . . . except for the dinosaurs!

Saurus Street is just like any other street . . . except for the dinosaurs!

Thomas's grandparents house is ancient. There's no electricity, and the toilet is a creaky old cabin outside. Thomas is terrified of that toilet. There's something down there . . .

And when Thomas gets too close and falls down the hole, he discovers a secret that will change Saurus Street forever.

Plunging pterosaurs, squiggling squid and massive meteors are all part of the greatest adventure since the Cretaceous period!

Nick Falk (Author) Nick is a practicing psychologist who lives with his wife and two young sons in London. He first picked up a pen aged seven, and has been writing ever since. He likes to write books that are two parts funny, three parts exciting and one part educational, with a dollop of fantastical thrown in. He first started making up stories for his two young sons when they were living by the beach in Tasmania, and 17 published books later, he's still going strong! Nick has 4 series of books on the shelves, all for children aged 6 to 10. Saurus Street, which is about time travelling dinosaurs; Billy is a Dragon, which is about shape-shifting were-beasts; Samurai vs Ninja, which is about shuriken-filled battles; and the 'How To' series, which is about kids getting horribly lost in history. Nick has lived and worked in Australia, the US and Asia, and arrived back in the UK in 2015. Tony Flowers (Illustrator) Tony Flowers loves to draw and is an internationally acclaimed illustrator and artist. His drawings are loved in Japan for their detail and humour and he has won an award in the USA for his street chalk art. Tony has a Masters degree in Visual Communication. He has illustrated six books in the popular Saurus Street series and his most highly valued prize to date has been from the Oshima Picture Book Museum in Toyama, Japan, for his hand made pop-up book Gaijin Holiday.

Reviews for Saurus Street 5: A Plesiosaur Broke My Bathtub

The best outcome of gender studies has been the uncovering of neglected women pioneers of the past... [In] this meticulously researched and beautifully written book, Oldfield has brought one of these stalwarts back to life.... Any one interested in the Victorian period will find this account of [Jeanie Senior's] struggles informative, absorbing and intensely moving. --Jacquline Banerjee, The Victorian Web
