Rick Gallop is a graduate of Oxford University, and joined the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario as president and CEO in 1986. He is author of bestselling The Gi Diet and Living the Gi Diet as well as The Gi Diet Pocket Guide. Dr. Ruth Gallop is Professor Emeritus in the Faculty of Nursing Science, University of Toronto, and the Department of Psychiatry, Faculty of Medicine, Until recently she was a senior researcher in the Division of Society, Women and Health in the Department of Psychiatry at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health.
