Lori Haskins Houran is the author of more than sixty books for kids, including several Little Golden Books. Lori may have had a slight crush on Michael J. Fox in the 1980s. (She still may have a slight crush on Michael J. Fox, even though she is happily married.) Lori lives with her family on the North Shore of Massachusetts. Illustrator Giovanni Abeille was born and raised in Naples, a beautiful city in southen Italy overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. He studied painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Naples.
