JENNIFER SCHELL is a food and wine writer, photographer and co-owner of Schell Wines. She is the author of the award-winning The Butcher, the Baker, the Wine and Cheese Maker series of books (shortlisted for Taste Canada Awards, winners of two Gourmand Awards and a gold medal at the IPPY Awards), and former editor of Food & Wine Trails Magazine. She is co-producer of the Garagiste North Wine Festivals (a celebration of the small lot wineries in BC). Jennifer was born and raised on an apple orchard in East Kelowna, BC. She is a committed advocate for her community, and was co-founder of the Kelowna chapter of Soup Sisters. Jennifer is a passionate ambassador for BC farming, as well as the province's food and wine industries, and has provided a creative lens to them for over a decade.
