Helen Tupper is the co-founder and CEO of Amazing If, a company she founded with Sarah Ellis to make work better for individuals and organisations. She previously worked as Commercial Marketing Director at Microsoft and Head of Marketing at Virgin. She is co-host on the Amazing If podcast and writes regularly for various publications including a monthly careers column at Marketing Week. Helen lives in London. Sarah Ellis is the MD of Gravity Road co-founder of Amazing If, a company she founded with Helen Tupper to make work better for individuals and organisations. She was previously Head of Marketing Strategy at Sainsburys, and studied leadership at Harvard Business School. Sarah lives in London.
