A startingly accomplished and enchanting novel * Vogue * I relished Thisbe Nissen's novel. Very assured, very mature * Margaret Forster * With wonderfully eccentric characters this debut novel about the lives of New Yorkers, penned by a true native, is a great read * OK Magazine *
