Jerry is an avid hunter and fisherman, taxidermist, backyard farmer and log cabin builder. He lives in the Smoky Mountains with his wife, two dogs, miniature horses, two ducks, and four chickens. He is a retired National Park Service Ranger and worked at Gulf Islands National Seashore and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park for twenty-six years and enjoyed every minute of it.
