'Accessory Recipes for Magical Mealtimes' is a must have cookbook that you will want to use everyday. The book offers new and interesting recipes for kebabs, appetizers, salads, and other dishes that make mealtime a special and magical time for the whole family. In addition to traditional Indian recipes, the cookbook includes recipes from Mediterranean, Arabic, and Oriental cuisines. Most recipes take 20 minutes or less to prepare. Sample recipes include exotic smoked salmon on a bed of mango and tomato, Balinese tuna satays on lemongrass sticks and Arabic Manakish. Accessory recipes give a whole new dimension to making normal everyday food once again interesting. Highly recommended if you wish to surprise family and friends with delicious dishes and ingenious mixes while spending barely any additional time in the kitchen, raves Nidhi Dixit, a professional taster with Masterfoods MiddleEast. What's more? Almost all the recipes in this book bring together a variety of fresh ingredients and combine them in ways that accentuate their natural colors and flavors. The book also puts forward the theory of The essential Super11 . Each recipe has a color coded nutrient meter, that shows you the nutritional information on that recipe. The calorie and carbohydrate content of the featured recipes have also been summarized.
