Belinda Hand is an Australian author and retired school teacher. For many decades her passion for education and creative thinking helped generations of children to learn and discover their potential. As a strong advocate for the development of children's literacy, mathematic and creative skills, it is no surprise that Belinda has now moved onto children's books, focusing on education through storytelling.Belinda lives in Sydney with her husband, three children and four grandchildren. Douglas Hand is a Australian author and illustrator who spends most of his free time writing and illustrating children's picture books. For close to 20 years Douglas worked professionally in the games industry creating art and animation as well as building and directing talented creative teams. His career has afforded him some amazing opportunities to learn and travel and he tries to incorporate elements of his experiences into his work. Douglas lives in Sydney with his wife, two children and a dog named 'Muppet'.
