Terry Durack is currently chief restaurant reviewer for the SMH as well as co-editor of the Good Food Guide. He was restaurant critic of London's Independent on Sunday for 8 years, winning the Glenfiddich Restaurant Critic of the Year award in 2005 and 2007, and was named World Food Media's Best Restaurant Critic in 2007. He has written six cookbooks including 'Yum: A voyage around my stomach' and 'Noodle'. Joanna Savill is a journalist and linguist by trainin and has been co-editor of the SMH Good Food Guide for six years. She is also the director of Crave Sydney Intenational Food Festival which happens each year in October. She is a contributng writer on matters food, travel and lifestyle to the SMH and The Age and has a monthly column in New Zealand's prestigious Cuisine magazine. Previously she authored the SBS Eating Guides to eating out and shopping and was co creator/presenter of the highly acclaimed TV format, The Food Lovers' Guide to Australia, shown in more than 20 countr
