His major goal in this book is to assist his readers in understanding that safe driving truly is no accident!Steve has provided free seminars to many local high schools over the last several years with well more than 10,000 students that have attended. The presentation that he gives to young drivers has a goal of having a positive impact on their personal understanding that driving a car must NEVER be treated as a social event. A firm grasp, as well as an appreciation for this basic premise will result in a better prepared teen driving community which already contributes to the nation's fatal driving statistics disproportionately.Steve also owned and Operated Driving School of Florida with central operations out of Sarasota, Florida. This school was licensed by the State of Florida and provided one-on-one personalized instruction for students of all ages and experience backgrounds. Graduates were prepared to drive defensively in virtually all traffic situations from parking lots to the interstate.He sold the Driving School of Florida in January of 2023 to facilitate his availability to promote his book. He also wants to get in front of as many Parent/Teen combinations as possible with the goal of educating Schools and communities about the importance of Defensive Driving as a means to reduce the horrible death statistics surrounding all drivers but especially teen drivers."
