Dr. Milton S. Klein received a BS from McGill University and was a Regents Scholar at UC San Diego School of Medicine. Following his cardiology fellowship at Washington University and research at the Hammersmith Hospital in London, Dr. Klein became a clinical professor at both Baylor College of Medicine and UT, Houston. In addition to his current book, he published Learned by Heart: Dialogues with My Father in 2017, as well as numerous articles in medical literature. He received the Distinguished Service Award by the American Heart Association, as well as the Outstanding Clinical Teaching Award for Interventional Cardiology at UT, Houston. Dr. Klein retired in 2012 after thirty-five years in clinical practice and has volunteered in medical efforts in Tanzania.
