Dr. Teik-Hua Law is Associate Professor at the Civil Engineering Department, Universiti Putra Malaysia and serves as the Head of the Road Safety Research Center. He received his Ph.D. in Road Safety from the Center for Transport Studies at the Imperial College of London. He has 20 years experience in road safety research and areas of specialization are road crash data and road users’ behavior analysis. He has been working on multiple national and international research projects that addresses road users’ behavior and road safety issues. Dr. Law has published several influential papers in top transportation journals. Dr Baohua Guo is currently a professor at Henan Polytechnic University. His research interest includes rock mechanics and engineering, freeway traffic safety, subgrade and pavement engineering. He is a member of the China highway society, a member of youth working committee of the Chinese society of rock mechanics and engineering, and a director of the underground space branch of the Chinese society of rock mechanics and engineering. He has applied for 27 invention patents including 16 authorized invention patents, published 2 Monographs with Science Press, and published more than 80 academic papers, including more than 30 indexed in SCI / EI database.
