Charles Adam Chadwick Jr is a former college student who faced the challenge and obstacle of paying for his education alone. During his college experience, he unconsciously cut his college costs by 40% eliminating thousands of dollars and obtained two degrees. As many millennials struggle today to repay their student loans while hoping for government student loan forgiveness, Charles is not in that category. He was motivated to make it on his own by creating and taking advantage of every opportunity that came his way during college. He has worked in many professions post-high school and college. Dr. Brower is a former member of the U. S. Air Force and an executive with Bell Telephone Laboratories and AT&T, where he held numerous line and staff positions. He is also a certified high school Business Education and English teacher and is the founder and president of the Institute for Youth Development & Educational Resources (IYDER), Inc., a non-profit organization that provides training for students at-risk of academic and personal failures, and for educators who are struggling to understand and reverse academic underachievement among disadvantaged students. He has been a presenter at several national, state and regional conferences.
