Graham McWaters is a graduate of McGill University with a Bachelor of Commerce. Currently, Graham works for a major financial institution in real estate secured lending. He is also a speaker and trainer within the financial advisor industry. Gary Ford is a graduate of University of Waterloo with a degree in psychology. He has held a series of executive positions with a major financial institution with over 30 years of experience and most recently as vice-president of sales and marketing with a national insurer. Ford is a frequent speaker to large groups such as major chartered banks, mortgage brokers, and other financial institutions in Canada and the United States. And he is the author of soon-to-be published book Life is Sales.
