Jer me Eckmeier has been following a vegan diet for many years, and regularly conjures up inspirational new vegan dishes in his online cooking show and his blog. He has trained as a chef and food technician and worked in numerous prestigious restaurants in Germany and abroad. Daniela Lais has been vegan for more than ten years and is passionate about ethical eating. She worked for a long time at the long-established vegetarian/vegan restaurant Gingko, in Graz, Austria, but is now based in Portland, OR, USA. They also wrote DK's Vegan on the Go(2017).
