Back in my 20's I have everything figured out. I had a career path and the schooling to proceed with my choice. But life has a funny way of changing even the best made plans. So at 28 after a medical emergency I was left with; do nothing and live off of the system or learn what I could still achieve on my own. I have never been a quitter. True, I may back off and rethink but I will not give up. Holding on to this core value I discovered my passion for writing. And my drive to see my words come to life. I'm right there at the tip where things are starting to get exciting, so are you going to join me and sore to great heights Sheri Chapman loves life and laughing, but you couldn't tell it by her stories. Although she writes historical romance, a lot of her work is suspense/thriller, supernatural, shape shifter, dark fiction, and a dab of horror.Other professional experience for Sheri includes teaching in Missouri Public schools. She recently retired (2020) with thirty years of experience. Now she splits her time between writing, HR responsibilities, and working on her farmette. Sheri has chickens and a few Nigerian goats, but most of her non-writing time goes to raising exotic-colored fluffy Pomeranians. (She's a licensed kennel.)On the personal front, Sheri is the mother of four beautiful daughters. She and their father enjoy spending time with each other, family, and friends. Aside from reading and writing, Sheri loves animals and being outdoors. She likes going for walks, fishing, scuba diving, kayaking, playing games, and watching movies. She is a big Harry Potter fan. For those interested in Sheri's educational background, she received her bachelor's degree and first master's in special education from Missouri State University. Later, she pursued administration and got a second master's and a specialist degree from Lindenwood University in educational leadership.
