If you want to learn about what is occurring in focusing right now read this book! An excellent addition to work on focusing. It provides up to date illuminating descriptions, close to the level of practice of how focusing works in different contexts. -- Professor Leslie S. Greenberg, Distinguished Research Professor Emeritus, Department of Psychology, York University, Toronto These two volumes illustrate how the practice of Focusing and the philosophy that underpins it can be integrated into a wide range of therapeutic modalities and applications.
