George Forty served for 32 years in the Royal Tank Regiment and was Director and Curator of the world-famous Tank Museum in Bovington, Dorset, England. He edited Tank magazine and wrote over 70 books. Jack Livesey worked for the Imperial War Museum's branch at Duxford, England, which has a large collection of British and Soviet military vehicles.
