Reviews for The Snow Queen

Many of us are familiar with the tale of The Snow Queen by Hans Christian Andersen - a fairytale I loved dearly as a child and one I have really enjoyed sharing with my children, thanks to this book published by @templarbooks and illustrated so incredibly by Lesley Barnes. I defy you to find an edition so beautiful as this one. On each and every double page there is a pop up to set the scene of the tale, the detail is so very intricate and extremely cleverly done. Whilst you read the words, the pop ups make the story come to life and even more magical than you can remember it. Younger and older children alike will adore this version and it should take pride of place on your bookshelf for many Christmases to come. To add this book to a Christmas stocking or even a Christmas Eve box so you can read it that night before bedtime will make this Christmas extra magical. An absolute must-have. ? RRP: £10.99 and available online or from any good booksellers. * Review Studio UK * Based on the tale by Hans Christian Andersen, this delightful picture pop-up book brings a touch of magic to the story about good versus evil. * The Sun *
