KC was so full of patience and sound advice. She helped me to differentiate the major life stressors that I can control versus those that I do not have control over. This process allowed me to regain a sense of control throughout what has been an incredibly hectic and uncertain time in both mine and my fiance's lives. I feel like KC also helped me to understand the genuine importance of making sure to take care of myself and relationship during this difficult season.
