Simplifying Inclusive Leadership is a practical text which brings together the scientific evidence behind the concept of inclusive leadership, presenting this in an accessible, easy-to-read, and engaging format.

Combined with tips and recommendations, the book supports leaders embracing what it means to practice inclusive leadership and subsequently to behave more inclusively. Fulfilling five key objectives, it:

• Explains what is meant by inclusive leadership and why it is important.

• Presents a scientifically grounded model of inclusive leadership that brings the concept to life in a practical and tangible way.

• Explores the components of the model (leader wellbeing, drivers of inclusive leadership and inclusive leader behaviours).

• Provides the evidence supporting each of these components with engaging case examples to bring the topic to life.

• Translates the research into practical recommendations and actions leaders can take to apply what they have learned and practice inclusive leadership.

Simplifying Inclusive Leadership is the ideal introductory text for managers and leaders at any level who wish to enhance their leadership practice and support their team members to thrive.
