"The book's value lies in its wide-sweeping survey of what is known about the entire field... a very useinformative book that can serve as a text for economic geographers, but which also deserves to be read by those with international interests from other disciplines. His work demonstrates that economic geographers have much to contribute in this area, especially in their handling and analysis of the data on international services." Service Industries Journal "The book's value lies in its wide-sweeping survey of what is known about the entire field... a very useful classroom tool for those concerned with exposing students to a critical area of investigation that remains under-researched."
