"Rada Savkina is a senior staff researcher at the ""Laboratory of Semiconductor Infrared Photoelectronics"" at the V. Lashkaryov Institute of Semiconductor Physics at the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. Dr. Savkina obtained her PhD degree in Solid State Physics in 2002. Her work is centered on multifunctional composite materials, in particular their fabrication with laser deposition, ion beam processing and ultrasonic approach, as well as the material’s characterization with optical and electrical methods. Larysa Khomenkova is a senior staff researcher at the ""Laboratory of Multifunctional Composite Materials"" at V. Lashkaryov Institute of Semiconductor Physics at the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine as well as an Associate Professor of Faculty of Natural Sciences at the National University ""Kyiv-Mohyla Academy"". Dr. Khomenkova obtained her PhD degree in Solid State Physics in 1999. Her work is centered around multifunctional composite materials, in particular their fabrication with physical vapor deposition and solid state reaction methods, as well as the material’s characterization with optical, luminescent, electrical methods."
