Heather Jesse Ray has dedicated her life to exploring and facilitating a greater understanding of mental health, emotional resilience and self-awareness, through meditation, mindfulness and movement arts. Her work has taken her around the world where she has enriched her understanding of the multi-dimensional, cross-cultured concepts of what it means to be well. She has published three picture books focused on children’s wellbeing and self-awareness and is the founder of My Wellbeing School, an institution dedicated to enriching the wellbeing programs delivered at schools across the world and has been the focus of many articles and publications. Heather’s work is taught at Liverpool John Moores University, where she works as a project host to final year students completing their degree in early childhood studies.
