Dr Coussement teaches several marketing-related courses including ‘Strategic Marketing Research’, ‘Customer Relationship Management’ and ‘Database Marketing’, in which students are taught the theoretical principles of all aspects of marketing research, operational and analytical CRM and the methodological foundations of predictive marketing modelling.
