Simon Abou Fayad is an assistant professor at the Lebanese University faculty of tourism and hospitality management. He holds a PhD in Tourism from the Lebanese University. Dr. Simon Abou Fayad pursued his college studies and holds a BS in business management from Sagesse University. Prior to joining the Lebanese university, he worked as a lecturer in several universities in Lebanon, where he led modules at the graduate and undergraduate levels. He supervised masters students to completion in areas related to the hospitality and tourism industry. His research interests are focused on tourism, hospitality branding and food service.
